FAQ
Our merch items are produced by two main providers: Printful and Lulu. Printful handles the fulfillment of our general apparel and accessories, while Lulu specializes in the production of our publications. Both Printful and Lulu operate on a print-on-demand basis, which means that each item is printed and shipped only when an order is placed, ensuring that all products are produced freshly and sustainably.
All our items are priced in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
If your order doesn’t arrive and the tracking status hasn’t updated in a while, just follow our claim procedure:
Check the shipping address: Make sure your delivery address was entered correctly.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print-to-fulfill facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Contact the local post office: Sometimes the package is nearby, and the post office can help locate it.
When to submit a problem report: You’ll need to report the lost shipment within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is considered lost by the carrier and falls within this timeframe, our print-to-fulfill partner will cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping it.

Fulfillment time is how long it takes our print-to-fulfill partner to create your custom product before it ships out. This estimate doesn’t include shipping, so to determine when your order will arrive, add the shipping time to the fulfillment time.
On average, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. On average, large orders may take a bit longer, but our print-to-fulfill partner will still fulfill them within 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 20 business days after fulfillment.
Customs fees
Depending on your country location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors.
What to do if the order is late
If the EDT has passed, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days, as occasional delays can occur.
